1. Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver orders only within India.

At this time, international shipping is not available.

We serve customers across:

  • Tamil Nadu

  • All other states and union territories within India

Orders are shipped through trusted courier partners to ensure reliable and timely delivery.

2. Order Processing & Dispatch

Every order is carefully inspected and undergoes a quality check before dispatch to ensure that products are free from defects, damages, or packing issues.

Dispatch Timelines

  • Within Tamil Nadu: Orders are generally dispatched on the same business day.

  • Other States: Orders are usually dispatched on the next business day.

Working Days

Our business operating days are:
Monday to Saturday (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Estimated Delivery Timeline

Orders are generally delivered within 3–7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on the delivery location.

  • Customers within Tamil Nadu and nearby regions may receive deliveries sooner.

  • Deliveries to remote or distant locations may require additional transit time.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimated and not guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to:

  • Courier partner issues

  • Weather conditions

  • Transport disruptions or strikes

  • Regional restrictions or lockdowns

  • Public holidays or festive seasons

In case of major delays, our Customer Support Team will assist you with shipment tracking and updates.

4. Shipping Charges

Applicable shipping charges, if any, will be displayed clearly during checkout before payment confirmation.

Shipping charges once paid are non-refundable, except in cases where the order is cancelled before dispatch.

5. Shipment Tracking & Delivery

Orders are shipped through reliable courier partners.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking notification via SMS, email, or WhatsApp containing shipment details and the tracking number.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing a complete and accurate delivery address

  • Ensuring availability to receive the package at the delivery location

6. Undeliverable Packages

Orders may be returned to us as “Undeliverable” due to reasons including but not limited to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address

  • Recipient unavailable during delivery attempts

  • Multiple failed delivery attempts by the courier partner

  • Refusal to accept the package

If your package is returned to us:

  • Our support team will contact you for further assistance.

  • Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch requests.

7. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

Customers may request cancellation only before the order has been dispatched.

Once the shipment is handed over to the courier partner, cancellations will no longer be possible.

Cancellation Refund Policy

If an order is cancelled before dispatch:

  • Any prepaid amount may be converted into store credit for future purchases.

8. Important Information

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) service is currently unavailable.

  • Delivery timelines are subject to courier partner operations and external conditions.

  • Customers must provide accurate shipping and contact information to avoid delays or failed deliveries.

  • Blooming Buds Kidswear shall not be held responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, incorrect customer information, or circumstances beyond our control.
