1. Exchange Policy
We currently offer exchanges only for size-related issues.
Exchange Eligibility
To qualify for an exchange:

The exchange request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

Unused

Unwashed

Undamaged

Returned in its original packaging

Accompanied by all original tags

We reserve the right to reject exchange requests that do not meet these conditions.
2. Exchange Processing Timeline
Once the returned product is received and successfully inspected:

Exchange processing will usually be completed within 1–3 business days.

If the requested size is available, the replacement product will be shipped accordingly.

If the requested size is unavailable, the customer will receive store credit equivalent to the product value, redeemable for future purchases.
3. Exchange Shipping Charges
For size exchanges:

Return shipping charges must be borne by the customer.
As size selection is the customer’s responsibility at the time of purchase, we strongly recommend reviewing the size chart carefully before placing an order.
4. Non-Exchangeable Situations
Exchanges will not be accepted for:

Slight color variations caused by photography, lighting, or screen settings

Change of mind

Personal preferences regarding style, fit, or fabric feel

Products returned without original packaging or tags

Used, washed, or damaged items
5. Damaged or Incorrect Products
In the rare event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
Mandatory Proof Requirement
Customers must provide a clear 360° parcel opening video, recorded continuously from the moment the sealed package is opened.
Claims submitted without this video proof will not be eligible for verification or replacement.
Resolution Process
Once the issue is verified:

A replacement product will be provided at no additional cost.

If replacement stock is unavailable, store credit equivalent to the product value will be issued.
6. Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted, and the Exchange Policy will apply instead.
Customers requesting cancellation should contact us immediately with their order details.
Cancellation Before Dispatch
If the cancellation request is approved before dispatch:

The prepaid amount may be converted into store credit for future purchases.
7. Refund Policy
Refunds are not offered under any circumstances.
As every order undergoes quality inspection before dispatch, refunds will not be provided for:
