Exchange Policy
We currently offer exchanges only for size-related issues.
Eligibility Conditions:
Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.
Processing Timeline:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process the exchange within 1–3 business days.
If the requested size is available, we will ship the replacement product.
If the size is unavailable, we will issue store credit for the order value, redeemable for future purchases.
Shipping Costs:
For size exchanges, return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, since the wrong size was selected at the time of ordering.
Customers are therefore strongly encouraged to check the size chart carefully before placing an order.
Exchanges Will Not Be Accepted For:
Slight color variations caused by lighting, photography, or screen resolution.
Reasons such as change of mind or general dissatisfaction with the product style.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
In rare cases where a damaged or incorrect product is received:
Customers must provide a 360° parcel opening video, recorded clearly from the moment of unsealing the package.
Claims without this video proof will not be accepted.
Once verified, we will replace the product at no additional cost.
If a replacement is not available, store credit will be provided.
Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once shipped, cancellations cannot be accepted, and our Exchange Policy will apply.
Customers wishing to cancel must contact us immediately with order details.
Refund Policy
Refunds are not offered under any circumstances.
Since all products undergo strict quality checks before dispatch, refunds will not be provided for size concerns, color differences, or change of mind.
