Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship orders only within India.

  • International delivery is not available at this time.

  • Our primary service regions include Tamil Nadu and all other states across India, with reliable courier partners to ensure timely deliveries.


Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Every order undergoes a strict quality check before dispatch to ensure it is free from damages, defects, or packing issues.

  • Dispatch Timelines:

    • Within Tamil Nadu: Orders are usually dispatched on the same business day (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).

    • Other States: Orders are generally dispatched on the next business day.

    • Sundays/Public Holidays: Orders placed will be processed on the following working day.


Delivery Timeline

  • The standard delivery period is usually 3 to 7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location.

  • Customers in Tamil Nadu and nearby regions may receive their orders earlier due to faster transit.

  • Deliveries to distant states or remote areas may take slightly longer.

  • Please note: Delivery timelines are estimates only and may be affected by:

    • Delays from courier partners

    • Weather conditions or strikes

    • Regional restrictions or lockdowns

    • National holidays or festive peak seasons

If there is a significant delay, our Customer Support Team will assist you with tracking updates.


Shipping Charges

  • Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before you confirm your purchase.

  • From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions or discounted delivery offers.

  • Shipping charges, once paid, are non-refundable, unless the order is cancelled before dispatch.


Delivery Method & Tracking

  • Orders are shipped through trusted courier partners.

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS or email notification with a tracking number.

  • Customers are advised to track their shipment and ensure that someone is available to receive the package at the provided delivery address.


Undeliverable Packages

Your order may be returned to us as “undeliverable” in cases such as:

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery address.

  • Multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts by the courier.

  • Recipient unavailable at the time of delivery.

If this happens, our team will contact you. For re-shipment requests, additional shipping charges may apply.


Order Cancellations (Before Dispatch)

  • Customers may request order cancellation only before the order has been dispatched.

  • Once shipped, cancellations will not be possible, and our Exchange Policy will apply.

  • If an order is cancelled before dispatch, any prepaid amount will be retained as store credit for future purchases.


Important Notes

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available at this time.

  • Delivery timelines are indicative and subject to courier partner terms and conditions.

  • Customers must provide accurate and complete shipping information to avoid delays.

  • Blooming Buds Kidswear is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, unforeseen events, or incorrect address details provided by customers.
